Brain-Drain has to be stopped

I know so many people who after graduating choose to move abroad, be it doctors, engineers, MBA.

1st and foremost how self-centred can people be? If everybody continues to move abroad who will think about India?

2nd one of my friend she just moved abroad like 3 months back and each time I talk to her, she keeps telling about the shortcomings of India (you study from govt colleges with such minimum fees and then choose to ditch your country and move abroad and then sitting in a fully developed country talk about India's shortcomings ?what did you do to make the country better? you just took degrees from the country and ran away to some other countries to serve them and ditch your own country.

3rd of all I respect my fellow people who choose to stay back and serve our very own nation, who think on how to make our country better than those who choose to run away from the country cribbing about politics, corruption etc.

4th It's a moral thing I guess and a personal choice but definitely selfish on how you can do this to your country who has given you so much.

No, I don't think so because independence is to be given to everyone in nation. If the people want they can do anything as they wish.

I am quoting someone from this discussion board. "We can think brain drain like as such that in a family parents is investing upon his child so that in future that fellow will help them. Take care of them stay with them think if his child leaves his parents alone what would impact he has created on his family.

It has to be stopped don't think what your country gives you always think what you have to give to your country (like don't think what your parents have given to you think always what you have to give) pay for the initial investment.

This is a vague explanation. The factors affecting my relation with or living conditions in my country or neighborhood are different then what are my relations with my parents. Obviously, my parents treat me well and always look for my happiness. But this is not the case for my relationship with my country. My living standards depend on society and how other people carry out their duties. And as we all have seen people do not do their jobs properly. And who all tend to be straight and against corruption are not treated well. And also the talented people do not have enough opportunities to grow their talents. They are not paid properly. If you are not paid well then how do you expect to give a better life for your parents, better than what they have been living for so many years?

As we know that our country (India) is developing the country and we, Indian people make it becomes developed. We should have responsible for making it becomes developed.

But we people are not giving the attention to improving it. How our country would growth we would think then it is possible to grow in all over the world.

Now I am talking about Indians intellectual minds. Many engineers, doctors and MBA holder. They are getting the degree from Indian university but prefer to go abroad for working. If these thing is going on then bow our country will become developed.

So we should request to all of the Indian people those we went to abroad for working. Plese return our motherland and develop the technology here. And those who are perusing their degree in Indian university please don't go abroad. If this happens then one day our country will definitely become developed.

Brain drain is neither an action or motive nor does it signifies the helplessness of highly educated Indians.

-> Brain drain begins from where people do not follow rules in India and diligently follow the same rules anywhere abroad.

-> Brain drain begins from where people criticize their own country for the corrupt system and dream of abroad for the solution to flee away from the problem itself.

-> From here it gives rise to the biggest phase of brain drain- the intellectual population of a country migrates to other nations.

And the fault here does not lie in the nation but in the mentality of people that they are afraid to bend the changes according to them it really shows their cowardliness.

It is the people who run the country if they are not satisfied with the educational level it is they who have to change it.

You can migrate to any developed country that provides high standard of living as you dreamed and can give you high pay scale but it's rare to find Our Indian Culture. It's not just about culture. India has the world's largest youth population and I am sure we, the Indians will have a great future like other country people enjoys. So stop Brain-drain. You have your own freedom but you can't do this is to the country which gave you everything (including the rights to migrate to other countries, study in abroad, work in abroad etc.).

The "brain drain" should be avoided. People want to learn from India using Indian resourses. They want the seat in government college. Indian governent provide them education loarn. But after completion of studies, they can't work for India. And thy migrate to some other country telling that India is just a developing country. If then why they want to learn from this developing country. Why did they want to use resources of developing country resources?

A law should come that only those who are ready to work in India shoud only study in goverment college. And intaking of students in government college shouldnot be based on marks. If they have hearts to work for their motherland.

Oops!.

Motivation to going abroad is leading from seniors.

So, you can break your senior's thinking.

Because India not only country our heart also.

You pay responsibly.

Brain drain is really cursing for our nation I think all should abhor this. And throughout this cheap word work mindset from our country. Migrating one place to another isn't the solution. We should avoid it and have to work on these! I am totally agree wit all who mentioned their opinion here!

There are many things which are responsible for these.

"Corruption".
"Irresponsibility".
"Don't wanna to develop our very own nation".
"Migrated only for high salary name nd fame and etc".

As we know very high thinking skill people lived in India but didn't understand why they are developing other nation. 1stly they should think about "INDIA" than other! 40% of people are in NASA.

If they wanna to develop those countries why they took birth here! ?Why they taken education from here?

Hopefully, motherland also feeling shameful for this.

Not only PM but we should also have to work on this.

Hello friends, According to me, it shouldn't be stopped because it develops the individual talent to improve further. We are saying that our talent is going vain like Indian peoples are going to the foreign company or institutes (NASA and work for them. But thinking as an individual, he works very hard and wants to achieve everything, suddenly he knows that his/her dream will not fulfill. It will heart him a lot).
