Hi, according to my point of view, brain drain is becoming a very big problem nowadays.
As the technology is developing a lot but our country is still in backward due to the reason of brain drain. All the well-educated people are going and settling in foreign countries if all the educated people migrates from India then how will our county develop?

Everybody has the right to improve, to learn more and for that if they need to migrate, there is nothing wrong instead it is best to thrive and make your life better.
Gaining and sharing of knowledge is always a boon be it from India or any other part of the world right?

If we look into the definition or meaning of brain drain - it is the migration of skilled or qualified people in other countries for better pay or living. As every year thousands of people are migrating from one country to another this topic is worth to be discussed.
First I would like to draw your attention on migration. There are two types of people one who migrate for study or job and not qualified or not skilled to get work in their own country and second are who migrated for higher study or high paying job who is already qualified or skilled to get work in their own country, but for high quality of work or study they used to migrate.
Here brain drain is the migration of qualified or skilled people in other countries. As every coin has two sides this topic has also two side- like the good side and worse side. As the person moves to other countries like from India to USA or may be from Bhutan to India for the better quality of work, life, and pays, he grows in a way that he can't otherwise. As he got more and better opportunity the persons not only grow rather whole his family grows which in turn develop whole world. So restriction of one person in one country will be like narrow-minded thought and we also believe in philosophy of "Vasidhev Koutumbuk" that solely supports relation with the whole world. Lets take one example of Raghuram Rajan. He has completed his study up to postgraduate in India and done his Ph.D. in USA and worked for world's most renowned organisation. That eventually benefits our country by his working as Governor of RBI. So in order to grow with the whole world and to be part of the development of the whole word it must be required that every countries brain meet and work into the most competitive environment to cultivate their potential and to do their best. So I think brain drain has not to be stopped.

According to my vision, the people who are studied in India migrated from our country they don't think about our country and they forgot our good leader's like DR. ABJ Abdul kalam he dedicated his life to our country and also he invented the satellites and he uses his knowledge of our country's development only. So India needs that kind of people. Due to the migration of people, it affects our country's development also. Our government also should take responsible for reducing the brain drain. It can be reduced by the people should feel we have to do something for our country. Thanks for this wonderful opportunities.

Reading all your intellectual thoughts I want to place small opinion about brain drain problem which we consider as a problem that has lead India nowhere!
Why the most of the people go for brain drain means they thought as India has more population so here finding the job is difficult. But without investigation should never giving correct way first all of us seem to analyse the job opportunities in our country. In India having plenty of job opportunities.

Brain drain should be stopped for lack of employment in India. We should not blame our candidate whoever migrated from our country to an another country because their parent's mindset also as like as live foreign lifestyle so problem started from parents so we should blame parents also whenever the parent changed the mindset the people should change. And then parents should teach about our country give a passion to our country then future generation will be work in India and for Indians growth.

Hello, guys!
I am completely against the concept of brain drain as it clearly means migration of people from one country to another. India is still developing and the USA is a developed country because all the precious minds of India are busy serving the already developed country rather than their own country. It's good to gain knowledge. New experiences. To shake hands with new opportunities but one should never forget to serve their motherland.
It's ok to go abroad and work but then you should return to your own nation and try to implement your learning, knowledge for the welfare of your nation.
ONLY THE CITIZENS (YOUNG MINDS) OF INDIA CAN MAKE INDIA A DEVELOPED NATION.
Hope if anybody's who is reading this understands it and serves his own country and make it strong enough like other developed countries.

Our country is not developed because many creative mind people are working in the foreign. Our P.M. Said that till we are not aware of developing our country until our country can be developed. Some Indian people are selfish because they are not remembered any time of moment that they were born here and read and write here. And they work for other countries. I am totally opposed brain drain. We all should think this topic, we, how to improve our economy. Through do a little to little work if our economy system increase, we should do that work. Brain drain is the cause of our undeveloped country. It is a big problem not only before our country but also before us.

Brain drain is the leading problem in India, but not only in India, also in many countries.
There are many reasons for it,
1. They can live their life as they want.
2. For the standard job.
3. Love the nature and good infrastructure for a living.
But these should be stopped because now the India is a developed country. But somewhere as corruption, black money should be stopped.
As make India as more progress country.
