Brain-Drain has to be stopped

In my view, our country political leader is doing nothing against brain drain. It's critical problem and we should contrive. Educated people who have completed their study from other country and they have paid a lot of money for education but in India, they are not getting a job according to their skill that why they are not able to do the job here.

It means our government should get the perfect job provided in India and brain drain should be dropped.

Brain Drain main reason is a lack of employment in India and reason behind this is reservation the skilled person who deserves and ability for the job don't get the job and this makes them move abroad to earn money.

Brain Drain. Brain Drain is very important in modern life because many conditions now, this time, every person is educated and someone give their chance to growing they're so not understate any people because educated people very labroid hard work. Because 70 percent educated as to think I want to settle abroad countries cause other countries feel for migrating in educated person and give better facilities or more money etc and our country always search in engineers doctors etc so our country is not developing.

Brain drain is the lake of employment. Some people left our country for money and lifestyle. They don't think about India's growth. If any person earns 35000 per month in India as an engineer. If he gets chance 50000 rupees in foreign. Because anybody wants to fulfilled their requirement.

If we look at the causes of brain drain we will find that a very deep rooted problem.

What forces one of the best brains in India to leave. You tell me is it wrong in asking for a better life, better health benefits, better infrastructure, better education for kids? I hope that the answer is no. Then why would a person stay here if he does not find anything which he can get abroad and not get it here? If you look at the life of some of the best minds in the fields talked about i.e. doctors and engineer. Why would a doctor do an operation in the fear of getting attacked by a goon if the operation is not successful or working under the influence of a politician? Why would an engineer work in states like Bihar with a fear of getting kidnapped and killed? The problem is the environment which India provides to the great minds and the few opportunities off growth.

From the ancient times, human beings move from one place to another to seek the better life.

In the present scenario, same is happening; people migrate to another place to search for the job that gives them the higher income as compared to what they are receiving from their previous job at native place. Consequently, they can improve their lifestyle.

WE CAN BETTER UNDERSTAND THIS WITH AN ANALOGY: rural-urban migration in India.

People in rural areas migrate to urban areas in the search of the job. The basic driving force behind their migration is UNEMPLOYMENT. On the other hand, when technically skilled persons like doctor, engineers migrate to another country for higher salaries (basic driving force) they called it "brain-drain". Everybody has the right to improve and for that, if they have to go to another country, they will definitely go. Nobody has rights to stop them.

One can say that if everybody goes there who would contribute to the country. After all, it is this place that makes us capable & skilled in providing our services in another country.

I would like to break down the basic causes of this brain-drain:.

Under-paid well-qualified and skilled teachers, professor, doctors, engineer (MONEY).

Promotion is proportional to experience instead of the individual's performance (Esteem).

Poor education standard in India (Education).

Safety & Security (loved one's).

Lack of infrastructure (slow scientific advancement).

In India, everybody is same, one is doing hard work or another one doing nothing at the same post (particularly in public sectors).

We are belonged to an advanced generation of humans. We seek an environment where everyone is considered free. We seek an environment where everybody is welcomed and get equal opportunity for further advancement regardless of gender, race, background.

We seek an environment where skilled and great mind gets appreciation.

Brain Drain leads to the low development of one's native country. Thus it needs to minimize.

I would like to say one thing, friends when I come to listen to the news of people going abroad then I feel very sad. Friends from our primary school to college life we study in our country and after for money, we go abroad. Friends why should we use our knowledge for other. India also provides quality education otherwise why foreign country are hiring us. Firstly we have to put our steps against it. We are the future of India and if we will keep this cheaper thinking of developing only us then we can not develop. Always mind friends try to do work for your country. Surely one day we will also have a bright future and our India will bright one 1st position. So friends show your intelligence for India and help to make it powerful. Thanks for reading my thoughts.

I'm here to share my view about brain drain. Everyone was thinking about the benefits which they will get. But no one was thinking of our country. The main reason for providing loans to the students is, they must become an entrepreneur. The government thinks that the citizens must stand on their own legs. Their career must be based on the field in which they are interested. But without knowing this migration happens.

Always a change should start from us. The change will not come by its own without anyone initiating it. Without trying to make a change, without facing our problems is it good to run away from it?

One question to those people who wants to migrate. Do you know the main difference between people who were here and there?

The major difference is Leadership. Each people in foreign countries has a leadership quality. Hence they will not work as a slave. But we are not like that. We are going there and working as a slave. But if you are in our country you are a free citizen and you are not having any restrictions.

Incase of any problem arise in the foreign country then they send back other country citizens to their country itself. Then you have to come to the same country which you left. In such situation, our country will not leave you alone as you left it. Remember that.

Most of the NRIs are returning India and using their money, which they earned in a foreign country to develop their native place or for charities.

Some people are going foreign for better studies and they are returning India and serving our country. It'll be really an asset for India.
