Brain-Drain has to be stopped

I am completely against the concept of brain drain. As it clearly means that migration of people from one country to another country for better payment and better lifestyle. It's ok to go abroad and earn money and learn new things. But after that, we have to return to our country and try to implement your knowledge on the country to be developed.

We are all responsible for our country development.

I am totally against brain drain. I understand people want to work abroad earn money and have a good life. They want to increase their standard of living, job security, security of their loved ones and hence they go abroad in search of the same.

The best way to avoid brain drain is that the Government in India should create the same environment in India, the same infrastructure the same facilities.

There have been some changes happening in recent times and I hope the same continues in near future.

I hope we will be able to stop brain drain in future.

Brain drain should be stopped. We are only the people where we can develop our nation. The people are only thinking about their life if we developed our nation we don't want to go other countries. What your plans are implemented to go abroad at least keep that in developing our nation so that we can see our India also a developed nation. It will be beneficial for our upcoming generations also.

The ideology of Braindrain concept is to transfer the intelligent person from one nation to another to improve knowledge transferring rate. If someone from India were doing great in Mathematics then he may encourage and guide another countries scholar.

But Practically, The concept is failed because only one way Brain Drain occurs. The intelligent person from developing countries want to settle in developed countries and want more money. The developed countries also want Intelligent people.

I am totally against with this type of malpractice of a very good concept.

If all the well-educated engineers, scientist, doctors are going to settle down in other countries then what is India going to have? I do agree that India isn't that well equipped, but it could be made into one so instead of complaining strive hard to make it a better country and not go to other country and drain our country.

Yes, Brain drain has to be stopped in which manner matters. The well educated and talented engineers, doctors and scientists are moving to foreign countries in a situation where they may not get a right platform to prove themselves. So we should first provide them a right platform and better job opportunities according to their field of study. Not only foreign countries provide better platform for them it also pays them accordingly, So its human nature to be in a place where they are highly paid. They are also provided with a friendly, world-class environment to work with. Our system of evaluating skills of people should be upgraded, and it should also be unbiased. If this all happens there will be a decline in brain drain, which leads India to become a developed nation.

It's really hard to seem to stop drain brain completely because everyone has right to get a secure life for his/her and their family, but what the main reason behind the brain drain the main reason behind that we can't provide the real opportunity for our youngsters recently a statement comes from Bill Gates if we stop the entry of Indian engineers in our country then the risk of arising of another Microsoft its shows how much we got a potential it just need a support from government which provides real-time opportunities for our youngsters.

I totally support this topic, the reason I think it should be stopped completely is that for making few USD all students are brain drain which is completely the worst side to see. We cannot blindly put blames on parents, teachers or the society for this because money makes people greedy which is a "myth". Nowadays everyone wants to be a billionaire but the way they have chosen to be is completely wrong as per me. Rather than this path they can be rich in their own nation. If they change their mentality I think India will be shifted from development stage to developed country in future soon, and we can do so, by motivating people.

At last, I would like to say "soch badlo, desh apne aap badlega". Show some respect towards your motherland.

Well, brain drain is the biggest problem our country is facing now. Instead of cribbing for the left ones. We the people can participate and convert our country, society into a better place that later it allures people for better living standard and education and people who left will later come and join the mainstream. (Jai hind).

I doubted that a hidden group who are working to identify talents in India and to do brainwash to send them outside of India where they are agreed to send them and gain benefits.
