Brain-Drain has to be stopped

Brain drain is really very big problem of native country. To developing a country, a big hand and most important role of their citizens. But problem is that the country which is still developing has no proper facilities for research, there are lack of job opportunities, due to this they are unable to identify of real talent. But in positive point of view if talented people do good work in other countries and if they really think to bring such new technology to their native country then it may help to their country.

But like in India to stop the brain drain a right step should be taken by our government govt should remove the caste based reservation system and should able to understand a real talent. Govt should establish the research lab as well as create the job opportunities.

I would like to say one thing, friends when I come to listen to the news of people going abroad then I feel very sad. Friends from our primary school to college life we study in our country and after for money, we go abroad. Friends why should we use our knowledge for other. India also provides quality education otherwise why foreign country are hiring us. Firstly we have to put our steps against it. We are the future of India and if we will keep this cheaper thinking of developing only us then we can not develop. Always mind friends try to do work for your country. Surely one day we will also have a bright future and our India will bright one 1st position. So friends show your intelligence for India and help to make it powerful. Thanks for reading my thoughts.

Yes, Brain drain has to be stopped in which manner matters. The well educated and talented engineers, doctors and scientists are moving to foreign countries in a situation where they may not get a right platform to prove themselves. So we should first provide them a right platform and better job opportunities according to their field of study. Not only foreign countries provide better platform for them it also pays them accordingly, So its human nature to be in a place where they are highly paid. They are also provided with a friendly, world-class environment to work with. Our system of evaluating skills of people should be upgraded, and it should also be unbiased. If this all happens there will be a decline in brain drain, which leads India to become a developed nation.

Even my opinion, is the same. Brain drain has to be stopped. Though India is not rich enough in money but still it is rich with many young cherishing youths who are been hypnotised or lured by many multinational companies. We Indians have to only work for our country, our motherland even though we get many offers from abroad. I know for some people or for parents it may be some pride by telling that they or their son or daughter is working abroad but just think how proud will you become by telling that I am working for my motherland or how proud will your parents be by telling that their son or daughter is working for their country. We are youths of our country and so we should tell our next generation that "don't betray your motherland for money".

Hello, friends, from my point of view brain drain is a serious problem to our country. Talented skilled people of our country migrate to another country which in turn leads o loss of our country. I will not blame only to the people who are migrating but our country government should address these issues so talented people don't go to another country. Our government should try to provide better opportunities to talented people for reducing migration. Every citizen of India should join their hands for development of the country and reduce corruption in the country. We should start from us in making India corruption less and clean. So my conclusion is that we should serve in their country where we born for the betterment of country and us both. Thanks.

I totally support this topic, the reason I think it should be stopped completely is that for making few USD all students are brain drain which is completely the worst side to see. We cannot blindly put blames on parents, teachers or the society for this because money makes people greedy which is a "myth". Nowadays everyone wants to be a billionaire but the way they have chosen to be is completely wrong as per me. Rather than this path they can be rich in their own nation. If they change their mentality I think India will be shifted from development stage to developed country in future soon, and we can do so, by motivating people.

In my point of view, brain drain should be stopped. India is a developing country and it needs more skilful person for its development and if this migration continues then we will not be able to change the economic condition of our country. We should have the patriotic feeling for our country. I agree that there is a lack of resources and employment opportunities but we need to face these problems and work upon it in order to make India developed country. We should apply our knowledge and skills to overcome these hurdles and this is the only way through which we can help in developing the economy of our country. So according to me, instead of being selfish and giving benefits to other countries, we should focus on developing our own country.

According to me, the brain drain should not be stopped. Because of brain drain, our country people are going to another contrary. Because they think in India no one can understand our value that's why they go to another country and for earning good money and for a better life. But everyone has our own thinking so its depend on a person. Brain drain is good for us. I give you an example everyone knows who is Sundar Pichai he is a CEO of Google. The second largest company in the world. And he is an Indian and his Salary is us$199 millions dollar. And Sundar Pichai is the one who gives us a free wifi in railway stations in India and many things and you also know the CEO of Microsoft Satya Narayana Nadella he is also an example of brain drain.

My dear friends, there is brain drain in our country due to several reasons. You guys have already mentioned a number of reasons. I would like add one more.

There is so called RESERVATION system in our country that too in 21st century! The cream obviously gets selected for IIT, AIMS. But there are many others (around 50 % of total seats in IIT) who could not be in IITs because of reservation. Now what would these guys do? They are left only with the option of studying abroad because again there will be reservation in govt jobs ! So, the country itself is forcing these good candidates to migrate. Yeah. These guys can however do good in their country as well. But they can make better use of their abilities by living abroad.

Brain drain is stopped only by giving a proper opportunity to the Indian youth. One method is adopted by our Indian prime minister Narendra Modi makes in India. If some big private companies of the world open their manufacturing plant so they definitely recruit Indian youth. Because they are having advance technologies so it enhances our skill also. If we are getting good opportunities from our country itself why we go outside. According to our Indian law everyone is free to work anywhere so directly we can't stop but by adopting some method we can stop.

Also the requirement of some work in a field of research in a private sector also. We are very far in the field of research except for ISRO and DRDO.
