Yes Sir.
As per my opinion, brain drain can be stopped in the time to come.
1. Govt is making plan make in my India and many skill-enhancing programs for the youth.
2. People of our is now giving the value of their motherland and their parents.
3. It's in a survey recently percentage of migrated people is less than the last 5 yrs.
4. India is now in the platform of developed country and it will emerge as a strong economy country like developed country.
Brain drain will be converted into brain gain and India will be the first country world wide in this race.
Jai hind.

Yeah, definitely.
I agree that the brain drain has to be stopped! If all educated people of our country move away from our country how would our own country be developed We all have to think about this issue and create awareness among the people.

Well, brain drain is the biggest problem our country is facing now. Instead of cribbing for the left ones. We the people can participate and convert our country, society into a better place that later it allures people for better living standard and education and people who left will later come and join the mainstream. (Jai hind).

Yes, I think it should be because why the great talent of India should go to other countries. We get educated here, use resources of here and serves to other countries and provide them resources. Why I had a big? why should people don't change their mind set why?is it only government duty take India a developed country or it is our moral duty also. But we always blame the government. What you do for your country ? just tell that. Be in your country and do something for it. I had lots to say but not like this on phone. I gone have a debate. I will express in that.

Hi all.
I'd like to share my views on brain drain. In a country like India where we find the higher working class Example doctors, engineers everywhere round the corner I feel there is no such thing like brain drain.
In a society where education is given so much importance and at the same time being employed is a part of prestige and dignity people would like to be employed and that too with a good salary or a good pay.
When people don't find the kind of job or salary they prefer they would naturally try to find out jobs abroad.
I don't think anyone would like to go to any other country leaving their homeland and relatives. But many of them are forced to move to other countries maybe because they would be offered better salaries or better job facilities.
In a country like India where the lower classes are given higher priorities in terms of education and government quotas the people in the middle class often don't get the jobs they want.
In that case we can't question them on why they would like to shift to other countries which give them higher salaries and acceptable standards of living and good job environment.

If we look at the causes of brain drain we will find that a very deep rooted problem.
What forces one of the best brains in India to leave. You tell me is it wrong in asking for a better life, better health benefits, better infrastructure, better education for kids? I hope that the answer is no. Then why would a person stay here if he does not find anything which he can get abroad and not get it here? If you look at the life of some of the best minds in the fields talked about i.e. doctors and engineer. Why would a doctor do an operation in the fear of getting attacked by a goon if the operation is not successful or working under the influence of a politician? Why would an engineer work in states like Bihar with a fear of getting kidnapped and killed? The problem is the environment which India provides to the great minds and the few opportunities off growth.

According to my vision, the people who are studied in India migrated from our country they don't think about our country and they forgot our good leader's like DR. ABJ Abdul kalam he dedicated his life to our country and also he invented the satellites and he uses his knowledge of our country's development only. So India needs that kind of people. Due to the migration of people, it affects our country's development also. Our government also should take responsible for reducing the brain drain. It can be reduced by the people should feel we have to do something for our country. Thanks for this wonderful opportunities.

Brain Drain can be stopped when we change the political views of our country (INDIA). We know that our economic condition is not so good. In India, we have lots of money but here corruption is present.
So, lots of people went to another country for doing the job.
So, first of all, we should stop corruption in our country then automatically the migration of people will stop. As we all know, brain drain is the migration of the creamy and intellectual section of the population to other countries. Now a question arises. Why are people migrating?people are migrating in search of a better job, pay, working environment. And most importantly to work in an environment where they are recognised and motivated by their work.
I believe brain drain should be stopped. And people should ponder over the following points.
It is this motherland that as provided to you that education for which the foreigners are hiring you today. So why not instead of going to foreign countries. We work in our own country to make it more developed.
Secondly, People who criticise our country should think what have they done for their motherland instead of going abroad.
People along with government should come together to hold hands to bring new technologies to India so that further generations should not have to travel abroad. It's only the young generation that can stop brain drain.

Hi,
Brain Drain: A bane to India.
1. What it actually is ? It's the emigration of highly trained or qualified people from a particular country.
2. What led to the situation ? Due to increasing population, lack of leadership & enterpreneurship qualities as well as unsatisfactory environment at working places including gender inequality. These basic essentials leads the way towards unemployment or underemployment.
3. What is presently going on ? About 30 to 35% of highly qualified people across the country are migrating foreign. This is a huge no. In a developing country like India where still.
A below poverty person has to sleep hungry, a patient can't get basic medical facilities in his home town, a country where child labour is still not been eradicated. That's how big the difference is! These educated people running few NGO's, Startups etc. Would have meant.
India getting developed in real sense.
3. What can be done ? Presently the NDA government has laid down pathway for Startup & Standup India to stop it; but a lot of work is still undone at grassroot level. It's also necessary to motivate youth towards patriotism. Because we know that to take an iniatitive a few generation has to suffer a bit but, we can.
Hope it helps.

Brain Drain is harmful for any country. It affects the economy and social area of the country. The country lose a quality of skilled workers. The country provide them with best scholarship and they go away without helping their country.
