Brain Drain should not be stopped because, I think that the qualified and skilled person mostly migrate to other countries due to lack of opportunities and jobs. While several Universities in abroad give the opportunities to study with simultaneously working. Also, when the person is capable enough, i.e. more skilled and qualified, he can come back to serve the nation again. Lets take one example of Mr. Manmohan Singh, who completed his bachelors in India, and done his PG from Oxford University, and came back to India and became a professor in University Of Delhi, and hence serving the country.

Thank you.

Brain drain is the biggest problem that faces by India today. According to me, it should be stopped because due to this reason our country is still developing and not developed. Foreign countries are day by day growing than us due to Indian brains which are drain off to their countries, to stop all these government should do something, firstly, the cast facilities should be remove so that real talent came forward to us in our country then the people don't go to other countries to represent themselves.

Brain drain in simple words means movement of skilled workers from one place to another.

The people move to another places in search of better job opportunities or to acquire vast knowledge. Brain drain has advantages as well as disadvantage.

The advantage of brain drain is that people acquire new skills and their knowledge can help in social and economic development of the country. The disadvantage of brain drain is if health workers migrate to foreign countries in search of better living conditions then the country from which they are emigrating will suffer adversely due no proper health facilities.

According to me, the nation loses its valuable human resource due to brain drain and should be taken seriously. I would like to draw attention to the facts due to which people with good minds are migrating from our country.

1. Lack of the oppurtunities.
2. Reservations are the major reason.
3. The unchanging attitude of Indians.
4. Lack of quality.
5. Politics involved in each and every phase.

And many such points are there contributing to brain drain which should be taken care of.

Our country is not developed because many creative mind people are working in the foreign. Our P.M. Said that till we are not aware of developing our country until our country can be developed. Some Indian people are selfish because they are not remembered any time of moment that they were born here and read and write here. And they work for other countries. I am totally opposed brain drain. We all should think this topic, we, how to improve our economy. Through do a little to little work if our economy system increase, we should do that work. Brain drain is the cause of our undeveloped country. It is a big problem not only before our country but also before us.

I think brain drain shouldn't be stopped because if any student is very talented and lackness of facility and opportunity he is not able to proof own self then this is very good for him because if you have knowledge but you haven't platform then you can't do anything and our government always spend money but don't provide proper facility and also not any Indian company gives a more income so brain drain should not be stopped. Thanks.

Brain drain is very serious problem. The skilled people migrating from our country in the search of better opportunity. They get educated in their country and serve another country. That is the reason India be a developing country. They think in the developed country they get a good opportunity and also good money that is totally correct I agree with this but why not we make our country that much capable or developed by serving our own country because we know lot of scientist, doctors, engineers in foreign are Indians. So, we are capable to make our country developed and for this brain drain must be stopped.

I am totally against brain drain. I understand people want to work abroad earn money and have a good life. They want to increase their standard of living, job security, security of their loved ones and hence they go abroad in search of the same.

The best way to avoid brain drain is that the Government in India should create the same environment in India, the same infrastructure the same facilities.

There have been some changes happening in recent times and I hope the same continues in near future.

I hope we will be able to stop brain drain in future.

Brain drain is a major issue all over the world. I think there are two major issues to improve the brain drain in any country. First one is a number of the good institution is very limited and competition is very hard. In India, the reservation is also the main factor due to this problem the selection criteria is very difficult. We can see the previous some year the admission process is like a rat race in an Indian institution. The population is continually increasing, in this point of view, the selection criteria are very difficult in any exam.

Another reason is the poor quality of the education system. No proper lab and equipment for research, no proper access to latest development in the field.
