Brain-Drain has to be stopped

In my point of view, first of all, we have to focus on the cause before going for a remedy. For an extent, brain drain is due to the restricted exposure for students in different sectors. There are infrastructure, facilities in India which is enough for the students who are efficient for higher studies but, the financial support provided in India is comparatively poor with other nations.

Many developing countries get most of their income. Developed countries also are benefited by getting cheaper skills and thus bringing down the operational cost and providing efficient facilities and service to poor.

On of friend said that we should not forget that the world is shrinking and becoming a global village. Further, he added that the individuals are benefitted by getting three times more salary than his/her own country and thus he/she can keep his/her family and relatives happy. Its human tendency to go to the place where he/she is getting better pay and perks. There should be equal opportunity for earnings. A doctor in Delhi charges INR 1700 whereas the same doctor gets 1700 dollars in US. 65 times more money see the abnormality.

Many US, UK people come to India for their medical treatment. India is getting its revenue from it.

Great is those Indian's thought where they dream of the country to be developed and once settled for a good job shift themselves to the other country. The knowledge gained and utilized in order to make one's own country makes it worth at the end of the day. Far are not those days when we again will be underdeveloped and accountability will still remain on us. We have been blessed with a good intelligence and not only for salary but one should always look forward to contributing to the society he has been brought up in.

Brain drain must be stopped as it is killing the hope also that well someday be called as a developed country.

As we all know that brain drain is the migration of educated or talented people from less economically advanced areas to higher economically advanced areas.

In my opinion brain drain should be continued because.

It raises one's country's name and integrity to heights and can improve our relationship with others countries it doesn't give economic benefits but can give value and respect. Which is not given in India to educated people because of that they are going to abroad.

Hello friends, According to me, it shouldn't be stopped because it develops the individual talent to improve further. We are saying that our talent is going vain like Indian peoples are going to the foreign company or institutes (NASA and work for them. But thinking as an individual, he works very hard and wants to achieve everything, suddenly he knows that his/her dream will not fulfill. It will heart him a lot).

It is cursed for our country.

Brain-Drain is loss of some talented resources (like technical and intellectual personnel). This loss is due to migration of such people due to lack of opportunities, conflicts etc.

Brain Drain can be stopped by recognizing “genuine” talent rather than donations etc. There should be more trade and exchange of goods. More job opportunities should be provided to people.

Employees in India leave the country and opt for studies abroad only because they can work and study. In India, this is not possible.

People here are barely able to save. Due to this, the professionals prefer to stay out of the country for better prospects and save money.

Universities need to offer opportunities not just for studies but also for jobs on campus. This way students can also work and study. If they can get such provisions in their own country, Brain-Drain can definitely be stopped.

The other side of the coin can be seen from a positive perspective.

If people go out for future studies, they do come back to their home country. This means more talent and experience is welcomed.

No matter what we do, brain drain cannot be stopped because of the mindset of people. However, if measures are taken, it can be controlled.

Brain drain is really a matter which needs to be talked upon because it leads to a great loss of Indian's talent. People who migrate to other countries in search of better jobs are very talented and thus India losses its big asset. So to be a pride of the country brain drain should be stopped to see a better India and to change it first you must begin.

Motivation to going abroad is leading from seniors.

So, you can break your senior's thinking.

Because India not only country our heart also.

Hi guys, I agree that brain drain is not good for the Better future of India but there is also a big dilemma what should the skilled persons should do after being a scholar. Here, in India, leaders have money for doing scams, for making their n their love one's life luxurious but in real no one ever thinks about poor people. Here no regard for flair that it actually deserves. Many problems are here rubbish syllabus, which is completely not associated to which we will do in future but we have to study it, they compel us to waste our time for such things that is not co-related with our future needs. On the other hand, at abroad children study what they wan.

They mainly focus on talent. But just for a getting even a pan card we have to go many times otherwise pay others more than actual cost n get it easily. It is corruption. Govt. Employees don't want to do work properly as they think we are getting salary no need to work more. These are also few problems. Skilled n educated people think they can serve their parents in foreign better than in India. Abroad packages are according to their standard what they deserve. If our get this point n provide same facilities. No one would think to emigrate. Here the system is completely different, the leader who is either illiterate or literate have more respect than their commandos who did a lot of hard work to get that post.

N moreover, leaders get pension after tenure but the govt employees who serve for their nation get nothing. These are so unfamiliar things in India that's why people think for brain drain. I appeal to govt. Please check our talents from going abroad n serving for outsiders. Provide all facilities to them to give better outcomes. Because here no scarcity of money in India. Only usage of money is not in right way. So think about it.
