Brain-Drain has to be stopped

The Indian Government should look into this causes and must strive to create better work culture, facilities and opportunities to skilled professionals in the coutry. The Government must aim at creating world class life conditions, pay pachages, transparecy, finacial and health security, incentives, etc here in India.

No, brain drain should not be stopped. In my opinion, people who want to migrate should go and acquaint themselves with the things they always wanted to do. But what is important here that they should never forget the debt they have towards their own country. For me, when they have enough of what they needed, should get back to their country and help it get better on their own without bothering the corrupt system.

Here I want to say something about brain drain. So firstly brain drain it means when talented and skilful people start going to abroad for their earning purpose or to live a luxurious life then it is considered brain drain. All have their different definition it is my own opinion about it. So I want to say that it is good or not so I think it is not bad I people are migrating in another for earning. The purpose at least it is good and somewhere it is a proud moment for the Indian govt why because if Indian people equated dollars or they will send that dollar to India then it will help to enhance the GDP of the country because the dollar is the more powerful currency.

Brain drain is caused just because of Indian policy where cast is superior than talent. People are unemployed just because of reservation system in India. As per my opinion, if you are not getting enough scope to prove your talent then it's obvious to go elsewhere you get chance to show your talent.

Many students are going to do MS in foreign countries because they know value of their education. Also education system in US is far different than that of India. So brain drain situation only be improved if everyone will get equal opportunity.

I think brain drain is causing a serious problem to our states and country as well. We have a huge population in which maximum percentage is of those who are backward in the socio-economic growth. And the rest with some special skills and talents are leaving their region. Talking about my state, Jharkhand, we lack no where in resources both in mineral and raw materials.

But when it comes to using these boon, we have handful of old workers using old techniques. Its mainly because the new born talents and the brilliant brains are settling in Banglore, the technical hub. Its more of a selfish move, once you are groomed well, do you leave your parents and get on to a well established apartment?It's your choice anyway.

But why do people fail to understand that where there is high level of growth (like in regional case, Bangalore and at national level USA) , the competition is also tough, once they find someone more magnetic they will take no time in kicking you out. Well, in case of those developing regions, where you are needed you, at least have a respect, stability and salary of course.

All you need is a confident over yourself to stand out of the crowd and do something using your that skill which will bring a change.

It is a very serious problem to solve this problem the skilled people should understand that there need in our country is more than other country.

Hey, guys. My opinion is brain drain should not be encouraged because the wealth of the nation depends on it, people. I respect our soldiers, who leave our nation to save our country where else talented people leave our country to earn money and sophisticated life. Patriotism should be in minds of every Indian. So that brain drain could be stopped.

Brain drain should be stopped. We are only the people where we can develop our nation. The people are only thinking about their life if we developed our nation we don't want to go other countries. What your plans are implemented to go abroad at least keep that in developing our nation so that we can see our India also a developed nation. It will be beneficial for our upcoming generations also.

We are not thinking about their personal problem. I mean to say some political problem which takes the major role. The people who have much ability to implement such a thing that the country can be changed, not only country as well as the world. But the political issue did not give such opportunity if they give also they will not provide a handsome award for that. The weakness of these things has been fully utilised by other countries. They are hiring them nd utilising them nd make their country best. Also, they knows more updated technical things, and also they gained more knowledge. One thing can be done to make use of our brain in our country i.e. give them a proper opportunity, handsome reward and send them other countries to learn the all the updated technical things and make use of those things in our country. So that our country can be improved far better than other countries.

The ONLY way nations have progressed is via free enterprise and minimal government. People who have genuine interest in the development of a country will try to understand what is actually needed for development rather than spouting off their jealousies against NRI's in the name of patriotism.

As long as Govt control doesn't reduce, India will continue to get stuck. And a few people, primarily politicians and their friends will continue to amass wealth at the expense of everyone else. As long as there are people (like so many on this forum) supporting crooked politicians whose speeches resonate with their own feelings, and who have more respect for criminal leaders than well-educated, honest, hard-working people, India will continue to suffer immensely. Perhaps even going through a civil war in the future.

There is no way out of this, especially with aggressive youth with no clue of development supporting crony leaders that make them feel superior for being Indians and promise all kinds of fake development. Governments don't achieve progress, people do. All governments can do is stifle that progress with all kinds of speeches.
