I do agree the same and always honesty in all the dealing both in professional and personal would't be a rewarding one rather than this world definitely to become you as a dishonest person. People in india doing dishonest thing for achiving and getting some personal needs like, bribe to police, donation from new student etc., How many of them in the 100 Cr. people in india, paying tax regularly?? how many indian political leader have account in swis bank to hiding black money ???

Too much of anything is bad. Too honest person can be easily cheated. So honesty is the best policy, honesty is the combination of two things i.e, truthful and sincerity. I agree with straight trees cut first because they more useful and wood used for different purpose like tables, doors etc. Suppose your parents are dishonest, you are not interested talking to your father. My conclusion is too much me any thing is bad so we need to be a honest there fore we see a greatest India.

As I now honestly have nothing to do with quantity. It is not in parts. It is a complete sense of human being to do things in a way best for mankind. I feel energetic if I perform my duty as per norms. It is honesty. In today's world people have become coward. I am doubtful after reading the comments above that what if India lost its freedom today how many Gandhi or Bhagat singh are there to fight for the cause of the nation. The people have become slightly more diplomatic.

From my point of view, I concluded that honesty is a good thing we all have to be honest.
But sometimes, it is really hard to be honest everywhere because we don't know how the person is going to react after listening to our explanation.
Thus we concluded that we have to begin honestly if it is required not fully but some honesty will be there.

Yes, I agree honesty is the best policy. You can stay in a free mind without tension if you are honest. At the same time also should maintain patients. Its true that straight tree cut first but think about the cutter who is a fool. A honest person is always nearer to God so always blessed and loved by society. Its true people criticize them always, called as stupid, fool, etc. But at last they make a place in society. This time I request all to be honest and feel great.

One of the golden rule of this world is that "In order to gain something, we have to give something up". Honesty is a virtue so in order to gain this virtue we have to give something up. In my point of view honesty is the best policy. A honest person can thinking about what ever may be he will doing it can not effect others. An honest person does not fear about the results. An honest person can suffer some problems that problems can be easily solved. Some body escaping the problems that members can suffering through out the life. According to topic straight trees sad cut first, all people should try to be honest.

I believe in honesty, but it does not work all the time. You can't be sincere and straight in all your relationships, for example you can't be too honest with your gf, if everyone is so, then relationships would no longer persists and sometimes being honest works much better. So its all depends on the person who is gonna receive your words. You should decide yourself to be mildly honest or greatly honest depending upon others.

According to my point of view honest is good. A honest person can do his work without cheating where as too honest may become target of people can easily cheated. For example if find 1000 rs on road and you asking everyone it belongs you or you. Suddenly one person said that it is mine. You would give to him. Later you find that it does not belongs him. In that case you feel unhappy. So we show like honest not too honest.

If you don't stand for anything then you will fall for everything, yes the people who select the path of being righteous may face the most difficult of the times. But at the end of it all what matters the most is what you stood for. People like Bapu, Vivekanand faced a lot of trouble when they started their journey of righteousness but they are always remembered because they stood for something they had faith in.
