" honesty is the best policy" honesty give results always in positive and dishonesty give results in negative. But some time honesty is depends on the situation in case situation is very critical any person one lie could save other person life he can be dishonest in that place.

Honesty is a good thing should be adopted by everyone from their childhood yes I agree that straight trees are cut first but they look nice in nature like that a honest person also looks nice in society and will accepted by the society will identify easily by people in a group.

It is not necessary to say the truth because if we are eating with our friend's money & his father saw & he said "from where you have brought money" then at that time we should say lie & save our friend. The lie which speaks to save anybody it is not considered lie.

The statement it self tells that if will be cut whether we are honest or not. So being honest can help us to remain in the hearts of people. But if you are not honest and lived for so many years, what the use of that life. So according to me honesty is the best policy forever.

People think that honesty should be accepted as a lifestyle. We say India is corrupted but don't you think that the reason behind this is silence by honest people. If honesty is so strong then why it doesn't changes this society?

I would like to say one of the famous lines, which brings out the importance of honesty in our life, 'You can fool some people all the time, you can fool all the people for some time but you cannot fool all the people, all the time. So one should always be honest to oneself.

This statement simply means to stay honest but not to let others know yourself or any other important misusable aspect about yourself, the best way is to be honest and smart at the same time (that is to be silent when in situations which include reveling about yourself).

Yes, I agree with the given sentence that a person should not be too honest in today's life. But if you are not honest your children are will go in the wrong direction. So, I think a person should make a decision according to time otherwise you are cut first. Thank you.

Honesty is a positive thing and lying is negative. But we all have this perception that honesty will always lead to good and lying will always result in bad. The decision to be honest or to lie should depend upon the end result that your truth or lie may result into.

Actually I agree that everything in a limit is perfectly fine. Even in the case of honesty too. Being honest surely implies to goodness of a person. But yeah the good people always treated like shit. So better be will selfish and try to be honest in a limited way!
