The National Medical Commission (NMC) is all set to launch its “one nation, one registration platform” for doctors across India. The NMC will unveil a patch pilot of the National Medical Register (NMR) in the next six months, where doctors will be allotted a unique identification number.

The ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation (ICAR-IISWC), (Formerly CSWCRTI) was established on 1st April 1974 with Headquarters at Dehradun by combining Soil and Water Conservation Research, Demonstration and Training Centres which were established in 1950 at Dehradun, Kota, Bellary, Udhagamandalam, Vasad, Agra and Chandigarh.

The Matsya6000 is a manned submersible that is being developed by India's National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT). It is designed to reach a depth of 6,000 meters, which will make it one of the deepest-diving submersibles in the world. The Matsya6000 will be used to explore the deep ocean and study its resources, including minerals, marine life, and ecosystems.

The term "Kavach" refers to the Automatic Train Protection (ATP) system developed by the Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) in India. Kavach is an indigenously developed system that is designed to prevent train accidents caused by human error, such as signal passing at danger (SPAD) and overspeeding.
