Aggregate is said to be flaky if its size is more than 9/5 of their mean size. i.e 1.8 times of their mean size which is approximately taken as 2 times in this problem.

Flaky = 3/5*mean, i.e mean = 5/3*flaky.

Elongated = 9/5*mean.

= (9/5)*(5/3)*flaky = 3*flaky.

Hence, answer is thrice.

It should be thrice as 3/5*3= 9/5.
