It is asked in the question which letter represents ladies who are both doctor and surgeon. So it is clear T falls in all the 3 figures if we observe carefully so answer is 'T'.

From the question only point out the ladies and surgeon only not the male doctor so ladies doctor and surgeon in present in the T option B is the correct answer.

In this question ask that which letter or which ladies are both Doctor and surgeon so simple only "T" is represented in triangle and circle.
