Amar+anthony+akbar=80.
We divide 80 into 3 parts as 26.5.
He said 3 yrs means cut in 26.5-3 then 23.5.
Then we add 23.5+23.5+23.5 = 70.5 exactly 71.

Every year each ones age will increase by 1 therefore together it would be 1+1+1 = 3, (Amar + Akbar + Anthony's total age grew by= 3 years in one year).
Now what would be the total increment in their age in 3 years, i.e., 3x3=9.
9 years is how. Much all the 3 of them together grew, so minus 9 from 80 which is their present total age.
= 71.

Yes, this is right why because the total age of three persons is 80,before three years, we have to subtract each three with the total age. i.e,(80-3+3+3) = 71.
That's all.
That's all.

Simply, 80-3-3-3 = 71 years.
