Let the present ages of Amar, Akbar, and Anthony be x,y,z.

Given, total ages of Amar, Akbar and Anthony is 80 years i.e x+y+z=80,

So the total of their ages three years ago will be,
x-3+y-3+z-3=80,
=> x+y+z-9=80,
=> x+y+z=80-9,
=71.

Ever person ege, will increase every year, soo given question says that three years ago then age is decreased,
Let 80- three years ago* three persons
80-3 * 3 = 80 - 9 = 71.

Total 3 Members, age is 80.
That is 80/3 = 26.2.
26,26,28 = 80.
3 years ago,
23, ,23, 25 = 71.
Hence Proved "71".

@All.

Decrease 1 year by 1year so then 3 years they decreased their age by 3 years by 3 persons
Then 80-3 * 3 = 71.

Total age 80.

Simply subtract 3 from all the three =9.
=> 80-9=71.

Amar+anthony+akbar=80.
We divide 80 into 3 parts as 26.5.
He said 3 yrs means cut in 26.5-3 then 23.5.

Then we add 23.5+23.5+23.5 = 70.5 exactly 71.
