There will be no error. Looking forward to seeing is the correct from as 'to' is not an infinitive here. Here To is the preposition of the word forward and that's why it will take gerund. But it is only a silly mistake.

The statement 'Looking forward to seeing you soon' is correct. The difference between 'Looking forward ' and 'Look forward' is that first one is less formal compared to the latter.

I am writing letters every day and "looking forward to seeing you soon" or "looking forward to hearing from you soon" are so common. There is no errors in this question.

Looking is in continuous form already. So seeing shouldn't come.

Looking forward must be followed by a gerund. So there is no error in that statement.
