Two reasons, all of the figures have an even number of loops other than c and all of the loops are have a match on the other side other than c which has 7 sides so there is not a match for one side.

Here except in the fig C., all the ovals have opposite ovals in the circle but for C, there is no oval's oppositely placed.

Yes! it is 3 as since all others diagrams have got the even no of leaves except 3. That's why 3 is the correct answer.

I think because the figure is almost complete but it is lacking by one loop at its extreme right.

If your dumb and your taking this test here's the simple version.
Its 3 because its the only 1 where there's an odd (not even) amount of flower petals (or what ever they were).

3rd one is correct because it has odd number of loops.
