Hi I think answer is 3 because except 3rd all the inner circles have even number of stripes

2nd and 4th has four loops i.e even number.
And in case of 1st and 5th has 8 & 6 loops
which are of even set.
but in case of 3rd which has got only 7loops
which is odd.

From my point of view ans.is 3rd because draw the line from the center of circle same no. of leaves are there on both sides in 3 leaves are not there in equal strength.

I think 3rd right because in rest of figs we'll have proper symmetrical figure after cutting by centre line.
