All contain even number of arc while third contain odd arc.

Because all other contains symmetrical stripes, i.e. the stripes can be viwed as two equal halves.

Two reasons, all of the figures have an even number of loops other than c and all of the loops are have a match on the other side other than c which has 7 sides so there is not a match for one side.
