Yes, it's sure it's 3, Because all of them have an even amount of stripes except 3 there were 8, 4, 4, 6.
where 7 was the third which means it's the odd one out as it's an odd number and the others are even.

2nd and 4th has four loops i.e even number.
And in case of 1st and 5th has 8 & 6 loops
which are of even set.
