Yes. Option 3 is correct because all the circles has even number of petals except third one.

All the circles have a line of symmetry except for the third option. And, all the options but the third have an even number of leaves. So, it will be the answer.

Each of the figures can be formed by mirroring the set of leaves without cutting them except for option 3.

The number of leaves in all figures can be divided by 2, except figure (3).
