Option [B] is the correct answer. The dummy activities are provided to show precedence before any activity. Here it is showing that after 3 we can go to point 5.
And the critical path is the one taking the longest time in cycle. There is nothing like we cannot consider dummy in critical path. 1-2-3-5-6-7-8-9 is taking 24 units that's why it will be critical path.

Option B is 100% correct because it highest 24 days to complete a project and their are no effect of dummy activity for critical path.
