We know Bernoulli equation.

p1/w + v1^2/2g + Z1 = p2/w + v2^2/2g + Z2.
if p1 = p2.
Head loss Z2 - Z1 = (V1^2 - V2^2)/2g. So, OPTION D CORRECT.

I think D is correct answer.

Sudden enlargement = (v1-v2)^2/2g.
Sudden contarction = 0.5v^2/2g.

Option C is correct.

Head loss due to sudden enlargement,
h = V1^2(1-A1/A2)^2 /2g.

And we know A1V1=A2V2,

Applying this on the first equation will give the correct answer (i.e. C).
