There is no roll of clutch plate in torque up down. It gives only same power trasmit which is given by eng. Torque change by only gears.

Well, I know that the clutch connects and disconnects the engine torque to and from the transmission system.
So, I think what the engine produces is what the clutch transfers. Unless I can understand that it has some multiplication effect. Am I right?

Because flywheel keeps rotating need less power to transmit already rotating shaft.

A clutch is usually designed to transmit maximum torque which is 150 percent of the maximum engine torque.
This is to ensure that the clutch can handle peak loads and prevent slippage, particularly during high-demand situations such as acceleration or when starting from a stop.
