Power from engine is given to flywheel or say to clutch plate the power is transmitted to gear mechanism through gears main shaft and then to gears counter shaft, then power given to the required gear which then given to propeller shaft/drive shaft then at the end to wheels.

Answer is C, from clutch shaft or engine shaft power transmits to counter-shaft which lies parallel to main shaft from countershaft power transmits to mainshaft and to final drive.

Counter shaft is the input shaft. It means the power is transmitted from clutch to counter shaft & then to the main shaft.
So the answer is C.
So the answer is C.

Something not clear, you can not jump the input shaft that receive power from the engine crankshaft, power is flow through counter shaft that lies parallel with main shaft and then this power pass through the selected gear from the main shaft C.

According to me,
Engine - clutch - countershaft - main shaft -final drive gear- half shaft- wheel.
Engine - clutch - countershaft - main shaft -final drive gear- half shaft- wheel.

It should be C. Countershaft comes before the main shaft.
