Check let us take alternate no 14, 20, 32.

First . 14+6 = 20.
20+12= 32.
32+24 = 56.

So answer 56.

14*2 = 28.
28-8 = 20.
20*2 = 40.
40-8 = 32.
32*2 = 64.
64-8 = 56.

One more solution,
14, 28, 20, 40, 32, 64

It can be add 24 or 18.
14*2 = 28,
14+6 = 20,
20*2 = 40,
20+(6*2) = 32,
32*2 = 64,

Then 32+(6*4) = 56.

The formula is first multiply by 2 then subtract by 8 :

14 x 2 = 28.
28 - 8 = 20.

20 x 2 = 40.
40 - 8 = 32.

32 x 2 = 64.
Since 64 - 8 = 56.

Therefore the answer is B. 56.
