Hiring someone from outside will offer new things for the company. In our country, we feel proud of our rich culture which is because of the diversity in our cultural tradition which adds a new colour to society and makes our motherland colourful and more beautiful. This applies to the corporate world as well. Hiring me from outside may offer new colours to the working culture of the company.

Yes, sir, it is very nice of you to have a positive approach in promoting an existing employee within your company/ organization. The current might have seen the present aspects and working strategy within the company. But as I am being a fresh one hired from outside, the uniqueness and creativity could be provided to the field I am hired to. Also, I could see more aspects from the outside and provide an innovative way, and when it is combined with the efforts of the colleagues inside the company, it would add more fertility to the growth and status of the company.

Yes, you can promote someone internally, however, a new employee can bring more creativity and lot of new ideas with him, which will benefit the organization in a long run that's the reason companies recruit new employees every year.
