I firmly believe that when a person gets angry, it indicates a lack of self-discipline and self-control. Anger often leads to later regret due to the destructive actions taken in moments of anger, which ultimately hinders one's growth and productivity.
Therefore, it is wise to be patient and avoid anger. Since anger yields no beneficial outcomes and most situations can be resolved with mindfulness and patience, I make it a point to avoid getting angry.

Getting angry is human nature, but controlling that is the key to success. I also get angry. When anyone underestimates me, I will show my anger with my success, not in my words.

I get frustrated by unclear instructions or lack of communication. I address this by asking questions to clarify and ensure I understand what's needed.

Being calm is not easy but I believe it is an art that can be made better with time. Decisions taken in anger results in ripple effects of bad fortunes.

When things don't go as planned, it can frustrate me.
However, I believe in addressing the situation calmly and directly. I prefer to resolve issues promptly rather than letting them drag on. It's important to me that any frustration I feel doesn't affect others, so I manage my emotions constructively.

According to me, Getting angry is not a bad thing because it's part of our emotions.
Rather than controlling it, we have to understand whether it makes sense or not.

Anger is a part of our emotions, so there is no wrong in getting angry, but people should not make any decision when they are angry as it affects not only themselves but also people around us.
