What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

According to me,

As our elders always remind us that without hard work nothing will be achieved I totally agree with that but now a days work should be completed time to time for that new ideas, logics and innovation involves in the work so that the work can be completed in a given period of time for ex: if a project is given in a school to complete within 3 days then hard worker will starts the work since the day the work is announced but the smart worker gathers put his present ideas and past ideas and make a commparision in the work and makes it innovative and logical.

Hard work means put lots of efforts and get a minimum result.

Smart work means presence mind that what we feel its better than hard work.

Hard work is a more time-consuming process but always with us. Smart work is a less consuming process it ll be with us a limited period of time.

Key difference: Hard Work is when one does some work dedicatedly. Smart work is when someone does the same amount of work, but faster and more efficiently.

Most self-help gurus will advocate this fact, that in order to succeed, one must work hard at it.

Hard work is doing a lot of effort until achieving the goal.

Smart work is achieving the goal by less effort with good result compared to hard work.

Hard work means delivering the work on time with more efforts.

Whereas, smart work means delivering the work on time with lesser effort.

According to me,

Confidence is Positive attitude.

Overconfidence means doubles in positive.

Hard work is that when I do dedicate it called hard work, but when I do same work in less time it called smart work.

Hard-work as compared to smart work is being an donkey that just carries weight.

While smart-work is that same donkey sitting in front of an computer hiring an logistic services!

Hardwork-Hardwork means more efforts to get result.

Smartwork- Smartwork means less effort in comparison to hard work and get better result.
