Hard work is that when we do something at a stretch without any thought,
And as far as smart work is concerned, smart work is that when we do anything with full confidence, from our heart and to be full concentration that called.
Smart work, in sum up we will have to get that whatever we think, we become the same,
So whatever you do, the same you will get.

Hard work means putting your efforts and do work this thing will give you experience, and after that, your experience make some plan, and now you have the knowledge that you can do that same problem in many ways.
For example, before AI, you had no smart tools or model where you can take help with hard work, but after ai it became smart work.

Hard-work sharpens the human brain; however, it consumes a lot of time and effort to achieve precision and high-quality results.
Smart-work is about finding efficient ways to complete a task. It uses logic and the right tools to find the best approach, though I believe hard work is still necessary to build a strong foundation.
