The person who works in farming & also the person who sits under a profession sector also has the hard work hard work :a farmer works physically hard to gain success, on the other hand, a software employ work hard mentally by his intelligence, this proves the hard work of a 2 different person in 2 different field.

Smart work comes from the above mentioned hard work by struggle you gain a way easier to smart work.

Hard work is the way of working where someone said you do it this way no matter that is taking time but smart worker will see correct and less time consumable way of working. EG: You need to carry something heavy where you can ask for help would be smart move rather carrying it alone.

If you are realising that you are doing hard work that means you are on the track of unsuccessful, if you don't realise and just do the job with passion you will automatically become a smart worker and achieve the goal.

Hard work is that when we do something at a stretch without any thought,

And as far as smart work is concerned, smart work is that when we do anything with full confidence, from our heart and to be full concentration that called.

Smart work, in sum up we will have to get that whatever we think, we become the same,

So whatever you do, the same you will get.

Hard work gives you experience.
Smart work comes with experience.
There is no smart work without hard work.

Example:

When I started learning Java, I did hard work—practising daily, fixing errors.
That gave me experience.
Now, with that experience, I do smart work—write better code in less time.
So, smart work became possible because of hard work.
