What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

For me, Hard work makes us more capable, and of course, bring more potential gradually, but remember it never fails. Slowly- slowly, today or tomorrow you would definitely be at the peak of success.

And the Smart work, Well it takes short time, No doubt. But it doesn't mean that you would success every time.

Work is completed with maximu time that is hard work.

Work is completed with minimum time that is smart work.

Well hard work is doing work without any direction and smart work is applying your skills in right direction in right way.

Hard Work:
* It's a person real to work in Company.
* Relationship with Manager and customer and co-workers.

Smart work:
* It's Work on simplified to work.
* Small time to complete work it's Smart Work.

Hard work is ability and capacity to take effort.

Smart work way of thinking is different and is a way to achieve the same result with fewer efforts.

Hard work- human effort.

Smart work- making human effort to automation.

Hard work is a physical process. It takes more diligence with your body. It can take a long time to do any work. After having done hard work we get to experience.

Whereas smart work is a mental process which saves the time compared to hard work.

Smart work comes with experience.

Hard work:- It takes more time.

Smart work :It takes less time.

According to me,

As our elders always remind us that without hard work nothing will be achieved I totally agree with that but now a days work should be completed time to time for that new ideas, logics and innovation involves in the work so that the work can be completed in a given period of time for ex: if a project is given in a school to complete within 3 days then hard worker will starts the work since the day the work is announced but the smart worker gathers put his present ideas and past ideas and make a commparision in the work and makes it innovative and logical.

Hard work means put lots of efforts and get a minimum result.

Smart work means presence mind that what we feel its better than hard work.
