In Confidence, a person says I can do this work (he says it politely).
But in OVER-CONFIDENCE a person says I can definitely do this work without observing the circumstances.

Sir, confidence is the right thing in which a person thinks of doing a work with not having the sense of arrogance in himself.
Whereas over-confidence is a wrong thing in which a person thinks that he is the only person who is right for any kind of job given to him. He also has the sense of arrogance and in most cases, it leads to failure.

Confidence means believe in yourself like maybe I do this or I can do this but overconfidence means arrogance like no one can cheat me or no one has an ability to cheat me I can do any work easily.
