What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

Difference is just that "over". When there is no ego for achieving and thinking I will and I can do that then it is confidence otherwise over confidence.

Confidence is when you have a goal. You work hard for that and believe that. I can do it. But when you do nothing for your goal. And still, believe that. I can do it then this is celled over confidence.

Confidence can give you 99% success in your work, but overconfidence can give you only 90% success in you work.
