Sir according to my views, confidence is best way to check our potential and overconfidence is the worst way. By overconfidence we can lose everything in our life but with confidence we can achieve everything.

In my point of view, confidence is the key role that everyone should have and overconfidence is the one which is a negative quality that everyone should avoid.
Confidence comes when you know that you are capable of doing the work even though you are not capable enough you should be confident in some situations.

For an example, A student is preparing for his exams from the beginning. He says that 'he surely score good marks in his examination' is Confidence. But if another student is preparing at last minute says that "he too scores good marks" is Over confidence.

Confidence means yeah I will win, or yes I will get the job or I will get good marks in exam.
Where as over confidence means yes I will definitely get succeed, yes I will definitely get the job in any cost, I will 110% get good marks in exam.
