Saying that "I can finish the challenges on time" is a confidence while saying "I will finish the challenge before the time" is overconfidence.
Basically, what we know about our calibre to reveal that is confidence while revealing more than that is overconfidence.

There is a step between confidence and over confidence and that is hardwork sometimes followed by knowledge. If you do hardwork to gain your knowledge then you are full of confidence. The best example is when you gain some practical knowledge by doing a lot of hardwork. And this confidence can be turned into overconfidence if there is no such step.
