In my point of view simply confidence means belief in you and I reach my dreams and goals.
Overconfidence means I have belief in myself I definitely reach all my goals and dreams before working hard they are thinking or they feel like I will succeed in everything in my life before working only they think like an overthinking.

So basically, confidence enables the person to gain a positive impact.

Confidence is to believe in yourself with right logical and methodological approach, facts and ability to prove your point.
Over confidence I think is to stick to one thing without listening to others and not being able to believe on your colleagues.
