What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

I will work hard from my side to clinch the job that is called confidence.

I am a born achiever and I will outcast everyone who comes in my way to clinch my job that is called overconfidence.

According to me,

Confidence:it is based on our abilities and strength if we are planned for a particular work with a positive manner then we say yes I can.

Over confidence:it is based on the previous success on a particular work on that success whether he or she commited that they can do in a very relaxed manner it is good to have a look back the previous achievements and success it gives a great strength and positivity in ourselves but it is more important to focus on the present work and should be analysed by your own whether the work can be finished or not based on your work abilities.

According to me, confidence is the ability to believe in one self and taking a bold step along with risk factors but over confidence is an act of over or surplus believing in once self for carrying highly risky things on one head without realizing the back ground and ones ability to deal with it.

There is a slightly difference between confidence and overconfidence.

Confidence= I can do it. (reality).
Overconfidence= only I can do it. (illusion).

Confidence is something interfelling that motivate you to do a certain work.

But overconfidence is felling that influence you to do that work becuse I am great as compare to other in that work.

A confident person can foresee both the aspects of a situation and has a plan for both the aspects and an overconfident person can't foresee the aspects.

He/she just go onward with the decision without any consideration of the consequences.

Confidence is an actual assessment of our capability.

Whereas overconfidence is over assessment of our capability.

There is a slightly thinner line between confidence and overconfidence.

For Example 'I can do that Job' is confidence but 'Only I can do that' this is overconfidence.

So you have to always try to avoid the overconfident thing.

The confidence I can do that.

Over-confidence I can do this know one can do this.

Confidence is not only towards the success but also towards the failures.
Means confidence =faith +afraid of failures.

Whereas overconfidence never cares about your failures it only thinks about success.
Means overconfidence =Confidence +negligence.
