Confidence : Confidence is based on experience and good knowledge that help us to do work in every field perfectly.
Overconfidence is always create a problem for future and its based on less knowledge and attitude.

THERE IS A FINE LINE BETWEEN CONFIDENCE AND OVER CONFIDENCE.
A STRONG MINDSET TO DO A JOB PERFECTLY WITH YOUR TEAM IS CONFIDENCE.
WHEREAS THINKING I AM THE BEST IN THE TEAM IS OVER CONFIDENCE.
BECAUSE YOU ARE CORRECT DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE WRONG.

If I tell you, I've preformed well in the interview and you may select me for the job. It's confidence. And.
If I tell you that I've performed better than anyone else and no matter if you select me or not I'm smart enough to get a job at any other place, I think that would be overconfidence.

Confidence means the person has the detailed knowledge of his work, resulting in that he/she performs successfully. On the other hand, overconfident person doesn't have detailed knowledge of their work but still, the person thinks that he can do it which results he/she fails mostly.

In confidence or over confidence little bit difference like confidence-I can do this.
But in over confidence-I am, I am the only one who can operate this company, I can do anything.
Thank You.

Sir according to me, if a person has skills, knowledge talent and he/she is assuring for the completion work that means the person is confident enough but if he/she doesn't have that many skills and knowledge which is to be required and is assuring for the completion of task then it's overconfident.
