Confidence : it means that I have knowledge about my work and I can say confidently that I can do this work.
Over confidence : it means the person didn't have any knowledge about their work and still that person is saying that I can do this work.

According to me confidence means having a belief on your hard work which is reflected by an attitude I can do this.
And overcofidence is underestimating others with an attitude only I can do this.

Confidence is when I believe I can achieve something because I have prepared for it, and I know my strengths.
Overconfidence occurs when I assume I can achieve something without proper preparation and ignore my limitations. Although I believe confidence builds careers, overconfidence can also destroy opportunities. So, I choose to stay grounded and keep learning.
