There's a thin line between confidence and overconfidence. If I say something and I proved it right then it is confidence but if I could not prove it and then verbally saying the opposite that's called overconfidence.

Confidence means "yes I have knowledge and skills which will help me to accomplish the task".
Over Confidence means "I don't require full knowledge and skills I can complete it by the knowledge and skills I have. ".

There is a thin line b/w confidence and overconfidence. I can solve that problems mean you are confident and only I can solve that problem means you are overconfident and overconfident is harmful to our personality.
