First of all, I would like to not to change anything this company because change may be negative & positive influence to the company so that difference would be created between the board member that is not good for the company. But I would like to add something new idea & skills which help to our company to positioning in no one spot.

I will try to bring changes in those areas were the organisation is lacking. For instance, if the process is still following the age-old method, to eradicate this implementation of d lean- idea is must n should. So, I think I can implement this change in a flawless way.

Sir, as I m fresher so I think it will take time to understand the culture and environment of the company. And as I get familiarized with the company culture than probably I will be formulating the policies and strategies and will share with my seniors and if they find strategies to be appropriate than we will be implementing them for betterment of the organization.

Sir, since I am a fresher I cannot implement any changes now. So, first I would analyse the changes needed. Then I would plan the strategies to communicate my ideas with my colleagues and the management or my seniors. If I get a positive feedback from them then we could join hands to implement the changes, for the betterment of our company.
