Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

Well criticized is the opportunity to improve our skill if any criticized is not there you do not understand about your mistakes.

At first, I am started my career am criticized in many ways when am doing my work by HOD by colleagues many time I am getting upset but when am getting three years experience am understand that it's needed to improve my skill.

Constructive criticism helps the individual to hence their hidden potential and also help to increase their personality.

There are many problems in my previous job. No extra pay for extra working hours. Night shift allowance is too much less than other companies. To take a leave we have to do lots of applications, mails.

I was criticized by my controlling officer and HOD for not wearing helmet thereby violating safety rules while working in plant during shutdown. They warned me about its importance and consequence it may lead to. I accepted and understood and I promised to myself and them that it won't happen again.

According to me, criticize get positive thoughts for those people who wants to achieve access in their life or criticize get negative thoughts for those people who don't want fight in their life.

I think, Well criticized is the opportunity to improve our skill. If anyone criticized is my work it should be easy to found our mistake.

Please learn to read the question: it was asked to tell a situation when your work was criticized, and you (many others) answered by defining constructive criticism. I interview grad students, if someone answer me this, I would reject and comment the candidate do not understand simple English and hence will not be able to understand project requirement.

An answer should be something like following:

I was working in pure research (or academia) prior to my joining a new role in product development team for enterprise solution. As I had no experience in implementing enterprise solution, team was not satisfied to wot my work. I understand that the criticism is to improve my skills, so I took the initiate and learned continuously, the team saw my commitment and helped me in improving.

First of all, nothing is perfect in this world. So I never expect it from my work also. & About criticising. Everyone is different with their own set of values & beliefs. So criticism should be there. And also taking it positively gives yourself scope for improvement!

I think criticism is good for those people who want to become successful in their profession because if some criticized your work you should thank him because indirectly it helps you to find your mistakes. When I joined in my on new organizations everything was new for me and I have done a lot of mistakes while working. But thanks to my team they have criticized me so that I have become good and strong team member.
