I believe that the only thing matters in corporate is the accomplishments of goals. Time should not be a constraint as responsibilities come with pressure and stress, one should be adaptable to such hygienic factors. If you are getting a good return on investing your effort you should go for it.

I don't think so that time decided our skills that we want to enhance, as I am able to work in any environment. Moreover, the night shift excites me more because at night there is the next level of peace so that you can concentrate on your work properly and deliver your work before the deadline.

As we know that there is silent atmosphere at night, so I think it would be better for me to concentrate on my work.

I think if I work at weekends, so it will add some extra working hours and skills to my experience that will assist me to succeed as well as reaching the goals of organization.

Working night and at weekend is not Big issue for me if I am really dedicated towards my job and goal.

Accepting challenges is the biggest step towards success and if I got any work and I was unable to complete it in the given time period I will definitely do my work on weekend or night too.

Actually, I pay more attention to weekends and nights compare to day time because I am adaptable in night time working since 4years means in my Btech I am a hostler night time working and some times with out sleep situations happens to me so there is no problem to work on nights and weekends.

Sir, I know one thing very well the more you work the more you build.

So if I have to build my self I have to work more and I am comfortable to work in the night also because I have a hobby to study in nights from my school days.

And I also like to work in silence and make my day shine.

In my opinion, as If a company is giving me extra work, and asking me to work for them at night and on weekends, then I don't would be happy to do it. It will be an opportunity for me to learn new things and gain new skills along with that helping a company. I will be ready for such work.

Sir, frankly speaking, everyone wants to enjoy at weekends. But if company needs my presence that is my responsibility to do sir. About night shifts in these days there is no such a difference between morning and night. And for girls, I think the company will provide all security issues.

As I am a bachelor, so it doesn't make any difference if I work in night shifts or day shifts, in fact, my body is habituated to late nights. I don't have any objections in working on weekends since I believe 'More the work you do, more the enhancement in your professional expertise'.

I would have no problem with working on weekends. However, I may have some issues working at night as I think giving valuable time to my family is a must while having dinner together and having healthy discussions.

However, I am an early riser. Can start working early in the morning.
