I believe there should be a good balance in the employee's personal and professional life. Working late hours and on weekends are not good signs of employee's and company's growth as well. Work should be completed within the stipulated time. If a company really needs my work for more time I'm ready to work.

In my point of view doing night shift and at weekends is not big problem if it is work from home. If the person is doing job at workplace then their is a problem of relocation at midnights. As the company require extra time to work in order to complete the project then I will try to do work at night shift.

If the company needed I will definitely do it. Because it's my responsibility to provide whatever the company required from me. And as a fresher, it is also helpful to me to gain knowledge and learn new things. But all the time it's quite difficult because it could cause mental health and physical health.

Working nights and weekends is good for those who take lesser care while working during the scheduled time. I personally feel anytime you work, pay 100 per cent of your interest and efforts on it and be focused on the particular job. This will ensure your work to be finished earlier with minimum errors.

Yes Sir, If a company needs my help to work nightshift and on weekend days I will. Because As a fresher, My aim is to gain knowledge and experience new things Working extra hours/days is a good chance for me to learn and gain knowledge. So If a company needs my presence, I always help my organisation.

Working nights and weekends, if any of professional organization never do this kind of thing, they always pre-plan. Uncertainty, If any emergency comes up. I will check the first priority of work and according to paid consider as overtime or extra benefices. Make sure it, must not me turn to regular.

It will be a very good opportunity for me to do work on weekend and also in night shifts because I like to be busy in work even that may be any kind of work. I always try to be busy in my daily schedule to get more and more knowledge every day and I do not like to waste my tine even on weekends also.

Being the fresher of the company there will be no any difficulty for me to work on nights or weekends.
But as a fresher, I will give my hundred and ten percent. So, if I will complete my work daily on time then there will no workload.

According to me, we've personal & professional life and both are important. I 've some personal responsibilities which I've to do. So, I feel uncomfortable working at nights & weekends. If company require our extra time then sometime its considerable but always its not possible.

I am comfortable working day, evening, and night shifts without issues.
For the past two years, I have worked in the CSE position during night shifts alongside my college studies.
This ongoing experience demonstrates my ability to adapt and effectively manage night shifts without any challenges.
