I would love working nights and to learn I don't mind working a few weekends.

But honestly, I would like to give the weekends to myself and my family so that I can stay charged up during the weekdays and work without my personal obligations.

Actually, I pay more attention to weekends and nights compare to day time because I am adaptable in night time working since 4years means in my Btech I am a hostler night time working and some times with out sleep situations happens to me so there is no problem to work on nights and weekends.

Sir/madam their is no problem for working in night but from my childhood till now me and my family sleep at 11:00 PM, so it became a routine, it will take some day.

I would like to tell you I am working in Genpact since last 30 months in night shift so no problem with night shifts but if I talk about weekends. It's very important to take rest properly if you are doing in nights so working in weekends not possible but if required sometimes then no problem with night shifts.

No matter even I did nights or weekend because I have to work in day shifts also & in the normal day also.

Frankly speaking that about night shifts and weekends are not comfortable to anybody else but I believe that definitely we will improve our communication skills personally and professionally.
