Sir/Mam. I believe that maintaining a work-life balance is crucial for any working professional to work long-term for a company. Loving what you do is crucial, but still, working all the time might be mentally exhausting for people.
However, since I'm a fresher now, I'm exploring and willing to learn as many things as I can, so a few extra hours won't hurt me.

I like to preplan and do not procrastinate in my work hence I will be able to complete my work in given deadline, but when project requires weekend support or late nights I won't hesitate in doing so if necessary, however, I think that will be in rare case only.

Hello guys,
According to me, we've personal & professional life and both are important. I 've some personal responsibilities which I've to do. So, I feel uncomfortable working at nights & weekends. If company require our extra time then sometime its considerable but always its not possible.

I would love working nights and to learn I don't mind working a few weekends.
But honestly, I would like to give the weekends to myself and my family so that I can stay charged up during the weekdays and work without my personal obligations.
