How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

As a fresher in this company, my first goal is to gain more knowledge and industry experience. In that goal achievement, if any step comes in the form of night shifts and work on weekends I will do.

I understand that working nights and weekends are necessary to meet deadlines and handle urgent tasks. I am willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the success of the team and the project.

I don't have any problem in doing night shifts and weekends because I want to gain knowledge and more work experience.

In my point of view as a fresher, I need to enrich my knowledge plus experience. So, if the company wants my presence during weekends or Nightshifts then I will be able to work at any time.

Working in the night shifts and in the weekends may be hectic sometimes, but if company require the employees to work in that, then I must be always ready.

As, I'm a fresher. I want to gain some knowledge and industry experience so that I'm ready to do whatever it takes.

As a fresher, I need to enrich my skills. So, the company asks me to do any shift I am ready to do.

Sometimes it feels hectic but I understand that some roles may require working nights and weekends, especially during busy periods or for specific projects. I am flexible and willing to work outside of regular hours when necessary.

I am someone who tries to finish all my work before deadlines, so for me weekend or night does not matter because I will give my 100% in the given stipulated time to finish my work.

The quality, time taken and final output of the work given to me is directly proportional to how active and productive I am, and I can work the weekends but I find myself extremely active and productive starting from morning till night, but not starting from night.

However, I will work at night if it is critical because I want to finish work on time and create no issues for me and the company.

Yes, sir, I have no issue about working night shifts and weekends, because as a fresher it's my responsibility to gain knowledge and more experience and explore my skills to help the growth of the organisation.
