Company's growth is obviously employees growth, whenever company needs me I will be there, either in night shifts or weekends. And also believes in punctuality to complete any task within specified time limit and maintain work life balance properly to avoid any compromise either in work life or personal life and even that is one kind of good management example for any person.

Sir, though I know there's a huge difference between work life and student life, still I'd like to mention that since my high school days, during my college days and while developing my projects and even before the exams also, I usually did a lot of late-night studies. So working on late nights on my office projects isn't going to bother me at all, and about the weekends.

Sir/Mam. I believe that maintaining a work-life balance is crucial for any working professional to work long-term for a company. Loving what you do is crucial, but still, working all the time might be mentally exhausting for people.
However, since I'm a fresher now, I'm exploring and willing to learn as many things as I can, so a few extra hours won't hurt me.

To complete the work it is fine to do work in night and weekends. But there should a balance between professional and personal life because if a person is continuously working and not getting time to interact with family members or friends and if cannot be able to enjoy then ultimately the person will get frustated which will result in decrease in productivity.

Yeah, I am ready to work at late nights if there is too many works, since every company will be having peak time. But as per the law I am supposed to work only 2 days extra hours in a week. I think valuable company like yours will be following that. And I also need to have work life balance. I will be taking comp off for the extra time which I worked extra.

It's always a nice feeling working in nights and weekends. As a responsible staff, I abide by the rules and regulations of the company and more importantly, I am involved in every aspect of company's growth in one way or the other. So in case of emergency situations, it is my duty to get involved for the uplifting company, s integrity, and credibility.

It's normal for me to work at night or in the weekend.
To increase my effort and my company productivity I will never refuse to work extra time, But if you want to say that working every weekend I can't do that, because I have my own life too to meet myself.
It's ok to work extra, but in limits.
And work extra everyday is also decrease productivity.

According to me, generally I don't prefer to work late night. I tried to complete my on the time. And if sometimes it requires to work at the weekend then I can do that also, but only sometimes.
Because we all are humans we need time for our family and we should maintain a proper balance between our personal and professional life for work effectively.

I always ready for this. I like work. So In working nights we all know that is so pressure. But thats not matter, because if you love your work then you can do. And you will forget what the situation you are working. In my hardworking I encountered some circumtances, but I will never get failure. Think positive and trust yourself I know you can do it.
